George consults on human resources and organizational development issues. Since 1973 George has worked in the human resource field where he is recognized for his expertise in tailoring high quality human resource systems to a variety of company environments.
George's background includes corporate positions spanning a broad range of human resource functions as both individual contributor and manager. Since 1983 he has worked with Fortune 500 and other companies as an independent consultant in meeting organizational design, pay delivery systems, employment, and downsizing challenges. He has extensive experience in the computer, pollution control, and security and consumer products industries.
George has a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University with postgraduate studies that have concentrated in the areas of human resource development and personnel systems.
